Build Your Personal Resilience

Join us to discover your inner WILDness, or wholeness of being by reconnecting to self and nature to feel more authentic, rejuvenated, and resilient.

  • The Experience

Led by your experienced guide, Allison, through pre-recorded circle sessions, you will be taught how to embrace seasonality, practice nature connection and develop mindfulness. Sessions often include recommendations for wild-crafting and elements of herbal practices. All spiritual and cultural backgrounds are embraced, as our diversity is beautiful and allows a multifaceted way of viewing the world. Our diversity also creates capacity for compassion and empathy and lends us all strength and resilience.

Wild Woman Project Circle Facilitator

Dr. Allison Mitch

As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Yoga Instructor, Shamanic Practitioner, Reiki Master, Ecologist, Part-time Professor, ordained Reverend, and Sex Counselor, Allison is a holistic healthcare practitioner with a diverse educational and professional background. This eclectic mix birthed her own WILD woman through recognition of the connection and depth of all of life. In her circles and classes offered through The Resiliency Institute, she seeks to create a sacred and inviting space for self-reflection, meditation, healing, connection with others, and reconnection with nature for the return of soulfulness, or “re-wilding." She has completed her Edible Wild Plants Certificate and Bioregional Herbalism Certificate through The Resiliency Institute and weaves knowledge from both into her classes, teaching others about connection to place, place-based medicine, and reminding us that we ARE nature.
